Dr. Laura Morrison is an Assistant Professor in the Learning Sciences at Ontario Tech University whose research examines the changing relationship between education, technology, and society. Working across AI in education, digital and Futures Literacies, online and HyFlex learning, and culturally responsive STEAM education, she collaborates with educators, students, and community partners to design and study more inclusive and contextually responsive approaches to teaching and learning. Her work also informs educational policy, professional learning, and public conversations about the ethical and human implications of emerging technologies. She has shared this work through peer-reviewed publications, funded research partnerships, professional learning, policy engagement, and presentations across Canada and internationally.
